YAMAMURA PATENT ATTORNEYS OFFICEについて

We, YAMAMURA PATENT ATTORNEYS OFFICE, provide full service for filing patent applications both in and out of the country.
Mr. Yamamura, CEO of our office, has considerable experience in Japanese patent practice for over 28 years.
Mr. Yamamura is especially good at accurately describing product invention. In general, doing so is one of the most difficult tasks when preparing patent application.
Based on his experience and deep knowledge about technology and Japanese patent law, patent applications prepared by our office hardly receive an Office Action from the Japanese Patent Office regarding improper description.  For example, we serve ASICS as a representative for patent applications regarding a shoe; we hardly receive such Office Actions during their proceedings.
Mr. Araki, a patent attorney of our office, is good at English.  So, we can smoothly communicate in English.
